Selling Melody

Dear fellow Melodian,

My wife and I are thinking to sell of our 30' x 70' 2890sqft Melody. We are selling our house because we don't feel like staying in Melody due to personal reason.

I am kindly searching for your input what is the price I should sell? Hope to hear some comments.

it is so quite or it is so boring? me, I want to live in quite place but exciting forum.
